Definitions
"User" means the person or entity using the website.
"Owner" means the company that owns the website, CPC (New Zealand) Ltd
"Service Provider" means the company providing the website content management system and hosting services to the Owner for the website.

Welcome to the CPC website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern by CPC relationship with you in relation to this website.

The term CPC or us; or we; refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 121 Eastern Hutt Road, Wellington 5019. Our company registration number is NZBN:9429039347855. The term refers to the user or viewer of our website.

Your Order

Your order may be placed online by completing the online order form and clicking Submit my Order button. By placing an online order, you make an offer to us to purchase the product(s) you have selected for the price (including any delivery and other charges) based on these Terms and Conditions. CPC reserves the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including without limitation, the unavailability of any product, an error in the price of the product description posted on this website, or an error in your order. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.

Payment Methods and Processing

CPC accepts Visa & Mastercard for all payments made through the website. For the customers on account, payment can also be made by direct credit as per their normal agreed terms.

Orders placed on a weekend or public holiday will not begin until payment processing on the next business day (Business days are Monday to Friday) excluding Public Holidays.

GST

All fees and charges identified in these terms and conditions and all prices for the products purchased on the CPC website exclude GST.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs can vary depending on your location and size of orders.

Supply of Your Products

Subject to these terms and conditions, we will supply to you the products indicated on your order confirmation. 

Shipping

All in-stock products will be dispatched the next working day from our depot. Orders will be shipped via our own delivery teams (Auckland/Wellington) or Freight/courier services and be delivered between Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm excluding Public holidays.

Please make sure all customer shipping details are correct as we may not be able redirect any orders once they have been dispatched.

All parcels are sent via the terms and conditions of the carrier and may require a signature upon delivery.

In the event that there is no one in attendance at the nominated delivery address, couriers leave a parcel collection card or instruction for arranging redelivery.

Although every effort will be made to ship your order according to the estimated delivery times provided, estimates ship times may change due to circumstances beyond our control. If your product(s) has not arrived after the estimated delivery time, please contact us

Refunds

Should you need to return a product to us, please contact our sales team for a Return All returns must be sent within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Any returns other than defective goods must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, with no labels, stickers or writing on the product box. The return of goods considered to be defective is subject to testing by the manufacturer to determine credit or exchange of goods. No refunds or exchange is available on Special Buy In items unless they are deemed faulty by the manufacturer.

Damage, Defects and Loss in Transit

Any complaint concerning damage, short delivery, loss in transit or defect must be made within 7 working days of the Customer receipt of the invoice for that delivery, or the receipt of the goods, whichever occurs later. If the complaint is not made within that time, the Customer loses any right which the Customer may have had in respect of the complaint.

The Owner has the discretion to repair of replace any goods the subject of a complaint or to refund or credit the portion of the purchase price. To the extent permitted by law, all statutory or other warranties are excluded.
