I have a CPC account but I’ve never ordered online before. How do I get started?
If you already have a CPC account, just create a user profile by filling in the details on the create account page and you will be ready to log into the website and start shopping.
By creating a user profile you will be able to:
View special deals and promotions only available to CPC customers
Access and update your account details online
View your order history
Pay invoices
Browse the product range, add items to your shopping cart and place your order
View our catalogues online and request a copy

Why can't I see the pricing?
To see pricing, please log in to your CPC account and your pricing will become visible. This also applies to special pricing.
Can I change my address details?
Yes, you can. Simply log into the website and click on My Account then Edit Account. There is no need to call us as your details will automatically be updated.
I can’t find a product that I’m looking for. How do I get help?
There are many ways to search for products on our website. If you know the name of the product, the product code or the manufacturer’s name you can search using the search bar at the top right-hand side of the website. You can also browse by product category.

How much does it cost & how long does it take to create a customised product?
The whole set up process usually takes up to 3 weeks (for the first time only) , from the day we receive the artwork. All follow up orders can be dispatched within 5 working days.
The initial set up cost will a one-off payment of $150.
How will my order be delivered?
In the urban areas of Auckland and Wellington, we try to deliver all orders through our own delivery teams, however we also use courier and freight services.
When will I receive my order?
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed.
